Ruchi studied fashion design at NIFT over a decade ago, but being the daughter of two lawyers, it was only a matter of time before she realized how current IPR practices are failing designers. She recognized that many designers are not aware of how to protect themselves or exercise effective legal action when wronged. Fashion and design as a whole is a challenging industry to regulate, and Ruchi decided to study law to bridge this gap. She now guides XpressLegal from a designer's perspective, trusting the IPR attorneys to work more effectively with this added context.
