Dr. Chanchal Choudhary has been dealing with the corporate and industrial law since 1990. He has held important positions in corporate world and has a rich educational background in commerce, management and law which he has acquired simultaneously while working in corporate field and yet finding time to enrich himself by studding in prestigious institute such as XLRI, UBI, IIQM and completed his research in law to be awarded with the Ph D in Law in 2023 and is qualified to be an Independent Director by IICA in 2024 and trained to be an ESG expert in 2025.
Mr. Choudhary is now considered to be an corporate and industrial law expert, specializes Real Estate and Banking Laws. With an LL.M. in Corporate Law and a Ph.D. in Law, coupled with over 2 decades of corporate and 1 decade of Bar experience he brings vast knowledge and experience to the team. Additionally, he also holds PG in HRM from XLRI and MBA in Marketing from UBI backed by certification in quality engineering from IIQM, Jaipur and a certified ESG expert with acrediation as an Independent Director by IICA (GOA) making him a valuable asset to any board or company he is associated with.
